About the Opportunity
Join a pioneering team as we launch a brand-new mental health and wellness practice dedicated to serving the [Yakima/Tri-Cities] community. We are moving beyond traditional models to provide interventional psychiatric care, including IV-based ketamine treatments and holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Interventional Care: Administer and monitor IV-based treatments (e.g., Ketamine) with a high level of clinical precision.
Psychiatric Consultation: Perform medical screenings intake assessments to determine patient eligibility for advanced treatments.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous standards for medical documentation and HIPAA compliance in alignment with Washington State Department of Health regulations.
Requirements
WA State Licensure: Active and unrestricted license in Washington State (ARNP, PA-C, or MD/DO).
DEA Certification: Valid DEA registration with Schedule II-V authority.
IV Proficiency: Proven experience in IV starts is a plus
Mental Health Interest: Prior experience or a deep interest in psychiatry, trauma-informed care, or integrative wellness.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable working in a new practice environment; you are a problem-solver who thrives on growth and evolution.
