We are looking for a clinician who is not just a "provider," but a builder—someone who wants to help establish clinical protocols and be at the forefront of the mental health revolution in Washington.
Key Responsibilities
Interventional Care: Administer and monitor IV-based treatments (e.g., Ketamine, hydration, and vitamin therapy) with a high level of clinical precision.
Psychiatric Consultation: Perform medical screenings and psychiatric intake assessments to determine patient eligibility for advanced treatments.
Founding Team Member: Collaborate with the ownership team to develop SOPs, safety protocols, and a patient-first clinical culture.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous standards for medical documentation and HIPAA compliance in alignment with Washington State Department of Health regulations.
Requirements
WA State Licensure: Active and unrestricted license in Washington State (ARNP, PA-C, or MD/DO).
DEA Certification: Valid DEA registration with Schedule II-V authority.
IV Proficiency: Proven experience in IV starts and infusion monitoring.
